This merino sweatshirt is the cherry on top of your merino layering story. For the coldest days wear an OG first, add the Mount Blanc Midweight, and finish with this Crew Sweatshirt.
If a day out in the backcountry is not what is scheduled then wear it as part of your usual daily routine and then wear it again and again.

Tiny bit larger would be nice, for the small, and perhaps making a softer inner, like the base layer y'all sell, would be very cool. If somehow possible, to move the seam for the thumbhole, or somehow thin it(when at a desk, it slightly presses, while resting the wrist/palm).
But those are nitpicks of sorts; for outdoor trekking, wearing a thin t shirt underneath, not too shabby.
Most folks might get too hot wearing this while at a desk anyway lol(which means it's great for it's intended purpose, LOL)
I am 6' 5" with very long arms and a normal length torso so my big problem is finding shirts with long enough sleeves. Tall sizes sometimes work but then the torso is too long. Since this has the thumbholes, the sleeves are extra long which is perfect for me. The shirt is also very high quality and merino is the best fabric for temperature regulation and warmth. This style is being discontinued but I was able to purchase two; one heather and one solid black.
